Job Description
Typical Work Week:
· Conduct daily crew huddles, set goals for the day, week, and beyond
· Communicate and coordinate with customers, represent the company in the field
· Order and schedule materials
· Supervise in-house concrete and masonry craft workers, including providing quality control
· Train, mentor and coach in-house worker’s best practices
· Read blueprints, provide layouts and shoot elevations
· Schedule inspections and subcontractors
· This position is expected to lead, mentor and train, including jumping in and getting your
hands dirty to set a good example and get the work done on time and on budget!
Required Skills:
· Minimum 5 years as a crew lead with concrete or masonry company
· Minimum 5-10 years concrete or masonry companies
· Early mornings and a hard-working “go-getter”
· Read blueprints, provide layouts, and shoot elevations

· Ability to work in an environment where urgency is the norm and a “can-do” work ethic
· Ability to work independently without supervision and ability to multi-task multiple projects
· Able to “change gears” when necessary and willing to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done

· Ability to maintain quality control
Schedule:
· Hours of field operation are 6:00am – 3:00pm
· Monday – Friday
· Weekends as deemed necessary
Compensation:
- Starting salary $80,000-$100,000/year based on experience
- Raises and bonuses based on contribution to the company
